In this modern age of technology some amount of skill can be taken out of the equation. One of my mouse buttons does the cloak-warp thingy with distances between keypresses defined with a millisecond accuracy taking into account the server ticks and the usual latency to the EVE cluster.

Luck - well - no amount of technology helps there. Sometimes crap just happens and I will have a bit more lag than I planned for, miss the server tick and my little house of cards so carefully arranged will come down.

Besides, you will have at the initial mwd / cloak the usual 1-2 seconds for lock and then on top of that the ~10 seconds for uncloaking while the MWD cycle runs.

Then again if I'm moving something valuable enough in low sec / null to make me sweat then I'm not using the gates anyway.

Here, sanity... niiiice sanity, come to daddy... okay, that's a good sanity... THWONK! GOT the bastard.

I used to move battleships from lowsec to highsec in the past with the mwd+cloak trick to earn some isk .
This feature should never be removed/changed :)

he intentionally nerfed the hell out of his ship so he could avoid camps, and you can counter that with a well skilled fast frigate and some good piloting.

it is not an exploit and it's not going away.

This is hillarious. Time to educate People about this little Group called Tactical Submission.

Taag doesnt figth outnumberd, and they never show up to defend their stuff EVER. 99% of all their pilots do the cloak micro trick to Escape. They hide in the most desolate Place of all of lowsec to avoid beeing killed. And they gatecamp all the time..
I doubt very much Flav even owns a Legion..
