Suspect-status glitch

Sad Has happened twice this month...

I shot a flashing-yellow player with "suspect" status, only to immediately be marked with criminal status and gunned down by CONCORD. The game seemed to think they were innocent.

Anyone else have this problem?

Sounds like someone had their safety set red in Highsec when they weren't planning to Gank.

Suspects can be attacked anywhere.

More likely it was lag at the end of the suspect timer, so on the server the guy was no longer suspect, but on the OP client it still was.

Never had the problem myself, but this isnt the first time its been discussed.

It's not an exploit per-say, just a cheap tactic thats common in trade hubs, they undock seconds before their flag wears off in hopes someone will shoot them then have no assistance, or shoot them just after the flag ends.

I think its a overview bug.

I got concorded shooting a flashy red (criminal) ina 0.6 but where I know and accept ccp will only send a blanket "the logs show nothing" response to ANY petition made I thought F it and didn't bother reporting.

Overview is ****** up right now

Dont just [u]think[/u] outside the box, [u]Live[/u] outside of it...
