ECM drones question

Are there skills that increase effectiveness of ECM drones? As far as I can tell, the EWAR interfacing skill required to use the drones has no modifier to their effectiveness. The skill description adds + drone control ranger per level, but says nothing about the drones themselves. Any help?

You can't boost their effectiveness with skills, or modules as far as I know.
