Hiddenbelts are missed

Since the last patches some of my "Hiddenbelts" does not spawn.
Today (with Mininglevel4) the X-Large and the Smallbelt are not spawned after dt. The second Icebelt in my systems are not spawned ,too.
The Mininglevel didn´t changed and the last time i have every second day this problem.
anyone have the same problem???
