What you dont understand is that, isbox doesnt do anything that other programs out there also do, it just simplies, its a tool to multibox GAMES and possible other software too.

If you are a multiboxer in games and youre just alt tabbing while others use resources such as isbox software, then youre doing it wrong.

If you cry because someone uses software to properly multibox games and you dont, then use them to, evolve and get out of under your rock.

Theres software to multibox games (regardless if its eve or not).

So in other words, learn to multibox.

Thats like saying: "oh the USA only wins wars and is strong because they cheat with better technology and intelligence, while we just use rifles, its not fair qq qq qq"

This is you and everyone else complaining about isbox or software alike.

isbox generates input as well. You click once, generate a WM_CLICK to one specific window, isbox reads this message and generates x other similar messages to windows you dont even see or control. It is replicating and consequently generating input.
I'm pretty sure they use DirectInput, so doubt it.

I hope you guys do realise that these large isboxed fleets of miners are also being botted on top of the isboxing software.

Try bumping them.
Any evidence of this? Or just the usual tinfoil hattery?

doesnt matter much, direct input is just a layer on top of Win32 API.
Pretty irrelevant, be it windows messages or method calls being done by some tool, the basic pattern is the same.

Not entirely. It certainly doesn't generate WM_clicks as a matter of course.

its pretty goddamn irrelevant what exact technical method or Windows API is used for implementing the basic idea of replicating input!
It is generating input where user did not commit anything.

Everywhere in Eve, including hi sec, don't blame one entity, jeez CFC are one of the most prolific botters in game, with their botting Tengus and carriers that even shoot each other.

That still doesn't say anything beyond him seeing some people mining and assuming they are botting. If he's got evidence, report them. If not, take off the foil.

Yes

It doesnt generate any input.

Its your mouse, and its your click, just in a different window.

Again, evidence required. How do you know for sure they are botting. What mystical method do you have to determine this?

This reminds me of the old CountrStrike days, where anyone that got a kill would immediately be confronted by a handful of noobs screaming "AIMBOT" at the top of their voice.

Botters are easy to find, everywhere in eve, with isboxer they have a excellent method of controlling multiple clients, as I said bump a couple and watch several mining barges get left behind.

no its not. It is a click being generated by isbox, copied from your click.
Did you do any input to 20 clients? No? Then its not your input being fed there but just its generated copy.

Yeah well CS Source and DoD Source WERE effectively destroyed by that though

Try looking at blue on blue km's sometime and join the dots, botting is still rife throughout Eve, Isboxer helps to mask the bot controlling the main client.

I have no problem with ISboxer, what I do have a problem with how easy it is to set up botting software on top and how much harder it is for GM's to distinguish botting behavior now due to the nature of Isbox automating keystrokes between clients.

Ok lets do a test then.

13 pages and someone still hasnt got what we argue about.
Its automation by isbox not multiboxing as such (running your x clients manually).

If I wasn't there to push buttons, ISboxer wouldn't just press them for me. You're trying to make out that this software does something that it does not.

This is quite ridiculous. So what you are saying is it's difficult to tell for CCP, yet you can without a doubt spot botters, just like that?
