How to import Eve-Central data into google docs?

So I have been seeing these spreadsheets everywhere that import data from eve-central/eve-marketdata so they can check prices. How exactly can you import that data into a google docs spreadsheet? I am trying to make a spreadsheet to calculate trading, manufacture, and moon reaction profitability.

How I used to do it. Everything is pretty self explainatory I'd think.
