Tengu or CNR for level 4 mission

Hey Guys!

Although my character is fair old, she is not very skilled. I forgot to mention, she is a focused caldari pilot. I wondering which choice would better for level 4 mission. A trained CNR or a Tengu (currently im flying a standart T2 drake). So the main question is, should I aim for a Raven and later a CNR, os aim for Tengu?

I did lots of L4s (with ****** skills) in basic raven including holding full room aggro in Angels Extraveganza bonus room.

Better use cheap fit in cheaper ship which do the required task then use expensive ship which got a risk of blown up and cause SP damage as well.
