Nope, they died engaging a Caldari Navy taskforce. I repeat, I have no reason to love the Gallente but even I know that saying anything more than that they acted with reckless disregard of civilian casualties on both sides is overdoing it.

Still talking sense to the senseless, kirjuun?

But they did it, Tuulinen-haan.
Look what happened.

1. If the Titan was supposed to shoot down at gallentean concentrations on the planet in case of gallentean attack, gallenteans should have know about it. They attacked it disregarding. Thus they didn't value gallentean lives of occupants on our planet.

2. There were fighting on the ground, and the titan moved down to orbital support position. Gallenteans attacked it only then, when its crashlanding and all other capital debris would do maximum damage to the planet. Not before the ground operation started. Not after it ended. But exactly when capital fleets were in most vulnerable to planet itself position. Thus they wanted to kill Caldari lives.

They have risked lives of gallenteans on the planet, just to kill Caldari.
This is what was operation Highlander about.

And for this, they must be put under court martial.

I dont know if this is correct or not. To me homeworld should belong to all the megacorporations. I know Ishukone are managing the caldari district, i see it that, they are doing it for all of us.

If they truly are Ishukone property it leaves sour taste in the mouth. That they who would object to the liberation of the homeworld by force, now own Caldari 50%. Homeworld was liberated by force 4 years ago, if it is the case that it is your property, rather than shared between all, you surely do not deserve to own it.

I dont know if Stitcher is correct on his assumption.

It's not an assumption, it's an assessment of the terms of the treaty.

And like I said: this is Home. The rules are... differently applied. Things are more nuanced there than they are on, say, a district in the Korama system, or Malkalen.

It seems to me that in the case of Home, ownership and administration (while it may be profitable) is more a burden of responsibility than it is anything else. Especially seeing as in this case the "ownership" refers only to legal jurisdiction and duty of care, and not to actual, literal ownership.

Let's call it "Custodianship" rather than "Ownership" shall we?
