T2 BPOs aren't really that much of a problem, & I don't think anyone serious believes they are.


In other news, we have a release date: November 29, much earlier than expected. This gives CCP enough time to push through hotfixes and fix the most hilariously broken things in time for Christmas I guess! \o/

If you ever really truely understood BPOs becuase of very low number of items on most of the tech 2s you do not benifit all that much.

Just like capital ship BPOs after 10 and 40 you dont see components for a capitol ship go down by even 1 capital ship thruster at all until what 1000me was it?

New CoP updates

In a nutshell all current will be concord (high sec) and insterbuss (everyone else) interbus has higher tax but is destroyable and replacable with your own. You can set access (ie those with bad or neutral you could charge 100% tax to troll.) or deny access based on standings. And transfer the office to somone should you feel like abandoning. Also warning pop ups and upon death generates a kill mail.

Also, T2 BPOs are actually extremely valuable since they cut the major, expensive, frustrating step of BPC invention completely out of the picture in the manufacturing process.

Naga has lost launchers:

Battlecruiser Skill bonus per level:
5% bonus to Large Hybrid Turret damage
10% bonus to Large Hybrid Turret optimal range

Role Bonus:
95% reduction in the powergrid need of Large Hybrid Turrets

All modules bombs/ webs/ missiles now show the range in the tactical display Twisted
All reloading was droped to under a secondTwisted notsure if it will stay that way.

That's only one aspect. What eve doesn't need is more one trick ponies. More importantly, if Caldari are going to stick to the railgun and missile philosophy, what they really need is more (good) rail boats. They already have superb missile platforms in every ship size, but their railgun offerings are lackluster at best and embarrassing at worst. The Naga might finally be the first truly worthwhile hybrid (and specifically, railgun) ship in the Caldari lineup, outsting the Rokh and everything else that ever almost worked but didn't. It's an exciting step in the right direction IMO. It just needs to be taken a tiny bit further so that people actually genuinely prefer it over other ships for certain situations and roles that actually exist in the current meta.

Unfortunately it really suffers from a case of being all dressed up with no place to go.


They have a superb missile platform in one size. The drake.

New stuff that has come to my attention since I updated this last night:

Drugs are changing (nice!)
More missions I guess? That's nice I guess
There are also MOTDs in fleets
...and I saw that unchecking "load station environment" makes the bakground static but I didn't make note of it. I'll do that.

Guristas should have "BIGGER" Skull Bunnies in the default paintjob. Guristas and all other pirates should get custom ships like angels (or at LEAST fix the HIDEOUS Moa/Gila hull).
