Eve shutting PC down

I have a new PC that is running 2x 780 TI's in SLI and is water-cooled.

This machine can run most things with Graphics maxed such as Crysis3 etc.

Eve runs sweet on it for about 30minutes to 1 hour and then with no warning my PC will shutdown. There is still power on the motherboard but I cannot switch it on.

In about 20 seconds it re-powers and will try and boot but will shutdown again.

System temps are at 40C and CPU is at 38C - this is warm but well within recommended specs.

So why it Eve doing this?

Latest Nvidia driver is installed.

I am lost at why this is happening
