Windows sizes?

Why there is menus that can't be resized?! Some people play that game on low resolution or windowed but some game windows and menus sizes still stay big and locked :( For example this is Science & Industry window and People & Places window.
Please release these locked windows - so we can choice their sizes!

resizing them both right now.

true the S&I has quite a bulky minimal size, but the ppl and places window can be made tiny

Horizontaly - no? Look that when set off full screen mode. Then that windows take 1/4 of the screen! There is a limits - no need a limits for resize any window in that game!
