game was hacked.. i want my ISK back

some how bounties were made without them login in my account.. they didn't steal any items.. just made a lot of bounties to other players and all my money is gone... how do i report this... because there is no help under help ......

Hi Bendak, I am sorry to hear about this. Please file a support ticket from the F12 menu, try the "Billing and Account" group, "Account and Login Details" Category. Our GMs will get back to you once they have looked at your ticket.
