Cannot connect to content server

So, ever since Rubicon 1.3, I have not been able to connect to the content server. I have never had an issue with a patch before, so this is quite frustrating.

I cannot connect to the website either through the launcher, repair tool, web browser or even thru a ping request. I also cannot download the install client.

I have tried this on 2 different computers, one connected to a router, and one hardwired into the internet modem, the one wired in has the same issue.

The repair tool gives me this error: "URLError: <"urlopen error [Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond">
Total Runtime: 0h00m21s"

The Launcher goes to the validating client step, never gets past 0%, skips to initializing, then gives me an error saying "The server you are connecting to could not be reached"

Can anyone shed some light on this? I filed a support ticket about a week ago and got no reply, so I have lost hope in CCP, hoping the fine users in the community can help.
