There really is not much difference between high sec and low/null apart from that in high sec, criminal acts trigger a concord response. If people are flying around in shiney battleships doing PvE things, then pirates might get them. This happens in all areas of space.

Concord are there to make it harder to do criminal things in high sec, which is one of the reasons that high sec PvP is elite.

I exclude rookie systems from this of course, as targetting players in those systems is lame.

You can watchlist James and myself, and see how we log in at different times. I don't think James would really be capable of running incursions.

Also, I did a 2 hour TS with Loyalanon and his boyz, it's pretty obvious that I'm not James. Not to mention that James has basically quit the game and can't even competently run his own organization.

But please do keep up the conspiracy theories, the more time you spend obsessing over them is the less time you have to scam new players and get them to quit the game.
