Hey.

I'm almost as noob as it gets, when it comes to computer equipment and such. So my question is: is it possible to have two clients open on two monitors without having to open and close them (just put the mouse on the screen you want to have active or smething like that)?
If so, HOW? Do I just buy a second monitor and open client nr. two?

Thanks in advance Smile

Lol i had this problem at first.

Load up both clients of eve and go to the graphics settings, you want to set one to adapter 1 and the other to adapter 2.

Sorry i cant be more precise but i am at work.

Two monitors with both clients in windows mode, one on each screen. And yes you can just mouse over to the other screen. Its really not that difficult.

If you run Win7, there is Accessibility option where you move the mouse to the window and that window becomes active. Very handy and saves you an extra click to make the window active. Lets you move between monitors seamlessly.

When I used Win Xp, I used nVidia software to do this. Now Win7 has it built in.

to be a little more precise, set window mode to fixed window. Looks like full screen mode, works like window mode with no boarders.

Surrender is still your slightly less painful option.

This ^

Even if you have one graphics card you'll see the same card listed twice under the adapter section so you can pick which monitor the game client is set to render to.

Combined with fixed window this gives you two fullscreen-looking games that can be moused over to like any other window.
