The old format was better. Now there's no indication your bug report was even received, let alone read or acknowledged. At least when CCP chose to ignore support tickets in the past with a "file a bug report" reply you could clearly demonstrate that as a matter of fact, you already did - and it was ignored, hence the followup support request.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
