Upgraded to Win 7 64 bit and get 502 error

I upgraded from XP to Win 7 64 bit. Cant run Eve. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and when the loading (white screen) comes up it gives the 502 error code and says the site seems to be having difficulty. I was on a 21 day trial and bought the 3 month membership. But cant get on now. I even downloaded it into the default location and still get the same error over and over again. Can anyone help me with this???
