RMT, Real Money Trading, is strictly against the EULA and our Terms of Service:

"The only out of game goods and services which can be advertised or sold are the following: EVE forum signature creation, website and third party voice communication server hosting or EVE Time Codes."

If you suspect anyone of participating in these activities please file a petition and report them to the GMs with any details you have.
