Pasting to chat/Highlighting not working.

After the Rubicon 1.3 patch was released I began experiencing a problem with auto highlighting text, I am unable to paste into chat either which is extremely irritating. I haven't been able to find anything on the boards relating to this issue (found some similar issues from a few years back but no fixes for them were posted).


Anyone have any ideas?

Done so far:

Full game reset, cache files reset etc.
Repair tool used and ran it's cycle successfully.

Not prepared to reinstall the entire game at this time until a Dev tells me to.
