Probleme und Problemlösungen

Hey so i have been playing eve for a while now and just started a new account via steam with the cerebral booster to get a little money maker skilled up faster.

there seems to be some issues with the client running on steam however.

first of all in the character customization menue the backround is green instead of the usual backround.

secondly there seems to be a small but noticable lag (every 5 seconds the client stops for a split second and then runs normaly again).

I havent ecountered problems like this on the normal client so i guess it has to be something about the steam integration that causes this.

am i the only one having these issues or is that a wide spread thing?
