New patch broke my game

When new patch launched the game broke and wouldn't launch. Even though I put in a ticket I didn't get any response so I just uninstalled and reinstalled and I still have problems.
The graphics are totally broken. The ship is the only thing that renders. Nothing renders outside of stations only crosses circles etc for ships stations. In station there are missing icons on the panels and I can only see station lights and guns on the ship.
As a new pilot that recently subscribed I'm really disappointed with the whole patching process. Don't they test these patches before release? What can I do, reinstall again?
