Xth tier Overseer's personal effect and Concord points

Hello,

So i'm a little bit bothered with the fact that these 'personal effects' Items, that pirate commanders drop, have so little value.

So how about the ability to hand these over to concord and get a 'small ammount' of LP for that?

Concord doesn't give LP, they give you isk directly. That's better than LP.

If you think they need to give you more money, then that's something else. They're low value because hisec sites are risk free and very fast to run.

There is, but as far as I know concord lps come specifically from incursions.

My guess is that you have only gotten lower level Overseer's Effects. The ones from higher level sites are worth a fair amount of isk on the runs where the loot fairy skunks you.
