What did you do in your first fourteen days?

Did the tutorials,
Joined a Corporation,
Learned about how a mining fleet works,
Learned about how scanning worked,
Forgot about mining and just started exploring the universe.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

1. Complete 100% of the tutorial missions
2. Come to the forum and ask what's next?



3. To save Erotica1, purchase a mining permit* (minerbumping)

* If you find that you like pvp, then become an Agent or Knight of the New Order and bump and gank miners. In that case, don't buy a mining permit, head forth and sell them.

not exactly what I did. I did:

1, complete 80% of tutorial missions, the last being advanced military (funny name)
2. get in a ship and die in lowsec
3. repeat #2
4. eventually kill as well as die
5. repeat #4

5 seems to have no following step yet. I'm enjoying it too much.

Did the tutorials and fitted a horribly dual tanked Vexor with 3 light drones, which I ran 1/10 and 2/10 DED plexes with.

First 14 days was free to play trial account. Made tutorials, lost one destroyer, bought cruiser for doing exploration, changed my mind about armor tanking and instead equipped active shield tank on gallente cruiser, also missiles. Done some lvl 1 missions, looked at the bonuses for caldari ships, scorpion navy issue, bought the game, made caldari character. Here I am.

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

I tried to do missions in a blackbird with small weaponsBig smile

I also went into lowsec and got podded. My corp laghed at me, my enemies laughed at me, the pilots in SWG laughed at me and Aura laughed at me. I was a clumsy pilot. Soon after I was in Venal with a bunch of romanians getting shouted at by Wetrain because I was training for a retribution, a frigate that could not fit a point.

I had 21 days :-D

I spent a lot of time asking for help while skilling battlecruiser 5 before it split.

did the soe arc in a rifter
took up exploration
got picked up by a null training corp
went into low sec and started shooting everyone, then went into null and apparently shot an "afk" blue so they kicked me out
joined a pirate corp, figured out I need more isk than I have to pvp and bringing ships out to low was a pain in several jumps
left them and now i'm mining

Mining
Extended missions
Completely did my training system wrong and trained up for a ship I could barely sit in.
Lost ships to NPC's needlessly
SoE arc
Raised Standings with Calderi, Raised Standings with Gallente, Lost standings with Gallente

Had so much fun I rolled an alt (Amarr), which I promptly started training for pvp in.... Minmatar ships

Equating miner ganking to PVP is like equating hitting a punching bag to actual boxing.

I did all of the tutorial missions.
Then I did the SoE epic arc.
Asked for help to defeat Dagan.
Then started doing missions.

Nowadays I explore and do combat sites in lowsec.

I just undocked for the first time and someone challenged me to a duel. Wat do?

mining, getting chased around and killed by Mo0 corp, exploration, ratting...wasn't much else to do back then.

Mining sure seems a popular pastime for new players.

If i remember the first 14 days of play i had were bumbling around in poorly fitted frigates doing level 1 missions and ratting in 0.5 systems.

There were no real tutorials to speak of.
