The Tengu is now an absolute Gong Show.
Wanted the bright, flat grey look? Use the Supplemental Screening Subsystem (everything including ship lights is now washed out). Want the original awesome look? Use the Warfare Processor Subsystem (and we're back to normal). Want something totally bizarre? Use the CPU Efficiency Gate subsystem for a two-tone look. Out of the three color schemes, I'm honestly not sure which is supposed to be the original but I like the washed out grey the least. Weird how changing subsystems can alter the color scheme on the Tengu, but I can now sympathize with Legion owners...

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Direct Scan sometimes stops work. It's kinda tricky because u can't notice that the same time.

At this point, I'm honestly wondering if there's maybe a setting to go back to the lighting model that was used before. Ships looked much better and much more "alive." Now, they look like toys, which definitely is not what it should look like.

I experienced my first graphics anomaly/crash since the last update. First, the Port Rolette station appeared in black and white. Then, when I had the fitting window open all the icons and most of the graphics and information on the screen disappeared. As I went through the gate it flashed and just quit. First time in close to a year I've had anything even remotely like this...

1.3 downloaded and updated perfectly. Then the first patch after that came.

Windows 8 on a not-so-great HP desktop. But it is new at least.

Ever since that first patch to 1.3, I've had to follow this ritual to get the game to work:

Let patcher run. Hangs at applying patch 100%.

shut it down, run eve repair tool. Hangs around 71% step 6/7. Force close it once it freezes with task manager.

Run launcher. Suddenly client is ready.

Strange.

@Arthur Aihaken
Well, the subsystem changing the color scheme would be a nice touch on all T3s i think, but being blurred out or greyed out on one part or another is surely a mistake.

@Maximus Andendare
Agreed, the ships don't "feel" the same as they used to when you looked at, or saw them, and haven't since CCP started making changes to hulls a while back

Whenever, I look at almost any ship I fly in space, it only looks sharp and clear when I'm zoomed in on it to a certain point, if I zoom out beyond that distance it loses all of the finer detail and looks like a clay model without much definition,
This happens on multiple accounts across multiple ships and I even see this behavior on my son's computer as well (he always runs high shader settings while i generally don't)

That's all for now

Not sure if this is a Bug but thought I'd mention it in here.

Twice this week , our WH has had double the number of statics that it should have............

We are supposed to get a C3 static, designated 0477 and a HS static designated B274 - Earlier this week we had two B274's and today we have two 0477's ! (worth noting also that when the "Original static" collapses due to time, then the correct 0477 or B274 will respawn as normal, meaning we still have Two of one type until the second one dissapears or we collapse it).

Bug or just Bob being generous ! ?

Letty.

(For people who use windows)

I have problems with refreshing Orca fleet hangar after last update.

While the Orca pilot sees this: [orca pilot hangar view]
The fleet members see this: [fleet members fleet hangar view]
(hangar is empty and had been unloaded a couple mins before)

And can still add more cargo: [fleet hangar contains more than max cargo]

I cannot patch, the launcher give me the following message:

"Server not found The server you are connecting to could not be reached. Please check your internet settings and restart the EVE Launcher. "

When I try and run the repair tool I get this message

URLError: urlopen error [Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

CCP, Still getting Masive Lagy DL Speeds in the Western US. Everything else via Internet is super fast... it's not my ISP, or My PC. This started happening at Rubicon 1.0.

I've Petitioned this, and the GM stated for me to set up a VPN... and left me hanging. Cause apparently the "Hopping" that the patch travels through to get to me, after 6 years of playing is suddenly getting too congested and DL speeds drop to the floor at 2KB a second. For real?

Your' Customer Service GM wasn't all to Helpful. OWN UP, what suddenly changed at Rubicon that downloading the patch sucks so bad now?

Can someone beyond a GM level seriously look into this?

I'm tired of a 43 MB DL taking 3 hours. X

Whomever said, "You only get one shot to make a good impression," was utterly wrong. I've made plenty of great impressions with my Autocannons 

Getting consistent BSODs for a couple days now after 1-10min of gameplay.

BCCode: 116

Graphics drivers are and have been up to date, no hardware changes have been made. Tried running logserver but BSOD seems to prevent any files from be produced which I could attach and submit with a ticket. Repair tool says all is well.

Anyone else experiencing similar?

Happy to provide additional details.

UPDATE: Tried fresh install of graphics drivers, ran into issues with PhysX. Microsoft suggested registry issues and provided "Fix It" tool which, after running, allowed PhysX to install correctly. Unfortunately, BSOD pattern persists - BCCode: 116.

did you run video stress test? or memtest 86+ ? maybe its not driver issue but some bad block in memory adress cause this.
in my 4gb kingston ram had 300 errors so had to replace

if your MB has integrated grapchics try run with it eve if you wont get any errors then its pci card problem.

Repair Tool (v 3.52) attempted to fix the problem with this result:

Yes, the date is 20140401 @ 1900 GMT.
- edit: actually, running repair tool the second time seemed to do something, not sure what. Ugh -

Screen captures of multiple (almost constant) occurrences of 'Connection Lost' error windows telling me: "The socket was closed". The error happens for the most mundane of activities such as:

This is not the first time I noticed this problem, though I have been very patient with CCP waiting for a solution. All I have heard from CCP is this is a problem with your ISP, your network, your connection dropping packets, etc. "You were disconnected so data would not be out of sync with the server", or something to that effect. Which at that point, I receive the disconnection and error window stating Connection Lost, The socket was closed".

This is not a recent issue, but has continued for a one to two weeks or more. Please figure out what you broke and un-break it. mmmk?

Thanks a bunch.

Yup, memtest86 ran fine through all its iterations. Also ran a Windows memory test tool, also found no errors.

No onboard graphics, so that test is out.

Bumped up GPU voltages and lowered ingame graphics settings, and now I can see the BSODs coming - ingame windows start to glitch and distort - gives me enough time to announce to fleet and reboot manually.
