How much do carrier pilots go for these days?

Looking at:
- Archon pilot
- Triage capable
- Level 5 armor comps
- Maxed engineering skills
- Dont care about drones

Alternatively what sort of carrier pilot would 20 bil get you?

*I dont have 20 bil yet which is why I want to know how much carrier pilots usually cost*
