they will put you on a watchlist and just wait for you to undock in that thing

you warp away from whatever station its in and youre dead dude. handful of catalysts will make short work of 1 repper, A-type or not.

just trying to save you from a rather unwise and unnecessary loss

One little advice, dont use Semiconductor Memory Cells, on any ship, ever.

This is basicaly the standard fitting for maximum DPS, reasonable tank and good damage projection. There is no need to use a stasis webifier because you dont want to get any ship aside from elite frigates or spider drones in webifier range and for those you have drones.

You also dont want to go for some sort of cap recharge based fitting, use a cap booster and go for maximum damage.

As for PvP Fitts, here you can go for different variations, either snipe from long ranges or brawl like crazy. You can go for Armor based setups that give you all the meds for some takle gear or go for ancillary shield boosters and maximum Damage.

But in all honesty, you dont even know how to use a Machariel in PvE, let alone how to use EFT or similar programs to post actual readable loadouts, stay the hell away from PvP in this ship. Hence, why I wont post any sort of PvP orientet fitting.
