Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Has anyone else noticed a number of minor bugs in the client the past few days? There are a number little flaws that have krept into my game only in the past several days. I've noticed the following:

• Long delay when hitting escape to access the options window. If I switch from fullscreen to windowed or vice versa, it fixes the problem for a while and the delay goes away. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm in fullscreen or windowed, it happens eventually, and I have to switch to get rid of it.
• pop-up tags stop working on the star map, and I have to reboot the game to get them back.
• blue highlighting stops working on the probe control interface; I can still manipulate the probe placement marker and the bubble size, but I can't see when I've highlighted either; same fix as above
