With a couple pages of standings, weird UI problem removing 1st page

If you have more than one window of standings entries, let's say under "Terrible", then when removing them all, there is a bug.

Reproduction steps:
1. Populate your terrible list with more than 100 entries (it probably happens with 50, but let's go more than 2 pages to be sure).

2. Select the entire first page of reds and delete them.

3. When the page repopulates pulling the later entries forward, every entry will be in duplicate (two identical entries for each red) and doing another select all and remove will have no effect. It's as if the doubled entries are not able to be operated on.

In order to work around this problem, you have to view another standings page (say, "Bad") and re-select "Terrible" and the list will be singly repopulated.
