Completing mission 1 minute before downtime, gets un-flagged after DT

I saw the journal starting blinking, indicating the mission was done on time. Yet after downtime it is no longer flagged as complete.

It seems the server shutdown/reboot procedure is not persisting the world-state properly!

It is bad enough that we have frequent downtime's as it is game mechanic breaking and generates meta gaming to exploit it. But since we have it, at least make it work as it should!

It is even worse then my initial findings.

There is data corruption/inconsistency!

One part of the game thinks the mission is done, the other part thinks it is not! Thus I cannot do the mission, yet i cannot complete it either!
