Had this at lv 5 years ago.....needed it for cap ship mods... not sure if it's worth it, haven't really noticed.

no it WAS used as prequisite for capital shield operation and its low use is true (no use i cant say but low yes) there is no T2 stuff if it comes to capitals with the only acception being T2 triage and siege mods.

so the point is that its use is low and maybe the skill needs some tweaks.

I meant the only reason to train it on a subcap is T2.

no there is no module that needs lvl 5 anymore
