More Cloning facility

Some NPC corporation lack Medical facility in their stations, some corporation don't have a single one !!
If we could get more cloning, some stations / part of space would see more travellers/inhabitants and some NPC corp will be worth to mission for.

And add more stations to Great Wildlands / make it conquerable...
