Always wanted to start one of theseLol

Anyways, deadline for highest skill character to be put on the monument, expanded.
1 Plex for text on time capsule, 2 plex for video.
Another ~plex for custom spaceship skins.

This isn't a "omg should i buy/sell plex" thread. Or is it ?

Is this some crazy attempt to get the plex prices even further up, to make it more tempting for people to purchase plex for $?
