Window flickering.

Description:
When you move the mouse over some windows the window starts to flicker.
Same if you scroll some windows.

Computer:
HP Probook 6570b
Intel Core i5-3210M 2.50Ghz
4GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics 4000
Directx 11
Windows 7

Just a small comment that usually the "Intel HD Graphics 4000" is too bad for gaming!
