Regular "Verification Failure" issue

Very regularly when I start the game I get the Verification Failure.
This may happen even after I change characters!
I play one hour, quit and relaunch immediately and ... boum... failure.
This is becoming annoying.

"Your EVE client installation may have modified, damaged or corrupt files. Please run repair.exe. Verification failed in code.ccp crc:ac29789, expected:c063c652"

To fix this I always need to:

  1. delete the file 'Checksums' in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\Geeky\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE\c_program files_ccp_eve
  2. then run the repair tool


Only running the repair.exe doesn't work I must delete the checksums.


Any reason or fix?
