Possible problem with patching file server

I had issues with the Launcher hanging and failing.

Ran "repair" which also failed.

Uninstalled then ran installer that failed.

Found link in installer to Offline installer http://community.eveonline.com/support/download/offline-installer/

Found that only package "2 of 2" can be downloaded successfully. Now I don't know how the Launcher and repair tool work but if they are pulling from the same location at these links and the file server is hosed it may be the over all problem everyone is talking about.

Can people test the link above and post if you have the same failures to download please.
