Multiple Clients Disconnect and Launcher error

Hi everyone i have a question ... was running incursions with TVP and we had mass clients disconnected yesterday and same today ppl lost their ships and couldn't log in for like 10 min because client error ,hopefully i not lost my ship but can this issue be fixed pls ?
