Need ideas for this toon

Hi.

I have been away from the game for almost 2 years and I'd like to recap on what options my accumulated in-game things give me. Here's a character I have http://eveboard.com/pilot/Modraas (not sure if it needs a password - if it does, it's "query")

As you can see, the skills are all over the place. Over the years, I used it as a support character on a second account, training various skills as needed (and injecting new ones when possible), while my main and other alts are much more specialized.

So, my questions are:

What would you use this character for (not accepting biomass for an answer) and what environment would you use it in?
What professions and ships do you think he would be good at (as an individual) and how much additional training would he need for them?

Basically, I'm interested in everyone's ideas so I can find a direction for this toon to go towards. If such a course also produces ISK rather than just spend it, all the better (doh).

Additional note: This toon has the standings to run Sansha missions in Stain.

Stop buying skills!!!!!
No wonder you want advice, that skill sheet is enough to leave anyone seriously confused!

Make a plan in evemon, for... a perfect Logi pilot.
Make a plan for ... a perfect scanning, cloaky, T3 pilot
Make a plan for... a sniper
Make a plan for a perfect Machariel pilot
Fleet Booster/Command Ship
etc.
etc.

If you still run 2 or 3 accounts, you still need to have characters that do different things.
Unless you mine, you don't want characters that do the same thing.

If you just can't pick a direction, first thing to do is get all those skills to 3 asap.

Thanks for the reply! I like the Logi and T3 ideas.

Keep it coming :)
