For what it is worth, if you just jump it out to lowsec or NPC nulsec, you should be able to sell it on contract in about a week. It didn't take me longer than that to sell-off our w-space capitals.

I just listed them based on Jita prices for everything except the hull, which I based on typical The Forge lowsec prices. This proved to be reasonable compared to the other carriers on contracts.
