Major Freezing

After I login, the game freezes completely after 10-30 seconds.
Its totally unplayable at the moment!
I've tried reloading.
lowering the graphics.
Defragging.
Clearing registry files.

It was working ok before the patch Cry

I'm also getting "There is something wrong with the mail cache files. Try clearing the mail cache from ESC menu and check that the hard drive is not full." popping up before it crashes!
