You may want to consider just biomassing all of your characters and starting over at EVE, and I mean that in the most polite way possible. You are making a fool out of yourself with a post like this.

BTW ive joined a 350 man alliance ready to help me out, but i'll still pay out for KM's and POS kill's. If you were planning on bashing a POS or PVP'ing anyone, go to Ami/Fensi and link/msg me your kills. You will get a large amount of isk for each kill mail. Especially a kill by the name of Guiseppe, Mberhant, or Talon Draygo.

This is simple. If anyone gets an Easily Excited Alliance Kiill Mail, post the link here, or send my a msg. If I don't pay up, this thread will die. If I do, maybe people will understand I'm serious about this. Simple right? Or you could post about how i'm this and that and how this thread is lame. Don't care. Just kill people for me and get paid. It's simple really. Don't make this out to be mission impopsicle.

I agree with what most of the people are trying to tell you here:

If you want revenge they are not going to do it for free or on a contingency basis.

You're also very vague on the potential payout for those risking ships/pods for your revenge. Not listing how much you'll spend is a big red flag that someone might not get paid for doing your dirty work for you for whatever reason later on down the line.

To get someone to go after your targets your options are fairly limited.

Option 1. Pay a merc corp outright to wardec them. An upfront payment will get you someone with a crew willing to try to get you some kills or at least harass your target with their exploding hulls. Several that can get you results have already posted in this thread. This allows the merc corp to go after them in hisec as well as lowsec etc and can really put a hurt on your target(s) if properly done.

Option 2. Pay a trusted middleman to hold the money and pay the bounties out for you. This way the people going after your targets have a degree of knowing what they will receive rather than a vague promise that can be easily withdrawn/forgotten/changed at the whim of the hiring player. There's a lot of people who will do this for you, I'd do that in a heartbeat. The thing you have to do is figure out who you can trust to do this and be ready to have a large chunk of isk to place in escrow with a small percentage going to the middleman and a clearly stated amount to be paid per kill

Option 3. Build up your skills and go after them yourself.

Option 4. Take a deep breath and remember Eve is a game and let it go.
