Concord response time stealth changed?

Has concord response time stealth changed in the last couple of days?
Systems (0.6) where I could easily gank a retriever in a catalyst suddenly leaves me 2-3 seconds short.

I use same fit, no concord in belt and after completing my gank (now with wingman), they havent learned their lesson and changed fit either, which leaves me to conclude maybe Concord stopped eating too many donuts and are faster?

Yes, it's been changed. Either intended or not intended by CCP.

No doubt its intended, so yet another attempt to ninja convert Eve into "Risk free isk harvesting Online" Ugh

Any ideas on how much was changed? Seems like 10-15% was shaved off response timer or so?

I think this is the closest to rage tears I will see from a griefer. Show me on this toy catalyst where the bad concord touched you...

I don't think so. I thought so at first but i think the new ship warp times are playing a part in it combined with the current location of the concord ships. Also take into consideration whether or not there was a previous gank in the system after downtime. Terrorizing a few 0.6 amarr systems with no problem. Even got a pod kill earlier this morning.

CONCORD doesn't warp, it spawns, so warp times and location (unless they are already within 150 km of you) don't affect their response. It is possible the OP is just noticing the 6 second difference between a system where CONCORD has been pre-spawned and one where it has not.

I've seen you post 3 times today and each post was filled with rage tears about gankers. Honestly, if you're going to berate gankers, you could at least try to act nonchalant about it.

Ok well might be wrong about that. All I know is if I want to clear a belt of concord I just go to the gate and start shooting it with a noob alt and they leave the belt and show up there. Looks like warping to me.

Good to know that. Means I don't need to be going all the way to the dawn gate to make shenanigans happen lol.

The idea that PvP isn't supposed to exist except in specific places is precisely the hateful concept that makes many of us do this in the first place.

They don't want PVP though. They want PVS (player versus sheep). In null sec the targets shoot back and when they explode it's their own lack of skill to blame. If they fail at ganking miners or freighters that don't fight back the game hands them a perfect excuse for their failure. "It's Concords fault!" Roll

I have to find this area of null. Most of the time when I go into nul the vast majority of time everyone just docks up. On the few occasions someone does undock they usually come ount with so much overkill (I normally fly T1 frigs/cruisers) that I usually just fly away. So in essence they are even worse than the 'carebear pvp'er' you are having ago at. Twisted

There is a reason they are called null-bears! P
