the increased safety of farming brought o us by Odyssey, and influx of farmers has driven the price down. Unfortunately this means that I need to spend a little more time farming, and a little less time killing to get the same effect.

The demand for t3's themselves is also likely near an all time low. Without major nullsec fleet doctrines using t3s due to the slowcat meta and the increased viability of HACs the current prices will likely remain or continue to slide without a demand side increase.
