Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I'm having some game crashing issues. Whenever i warp in system, or jump into a new one my game starts to want to crash. sometimes it is recoverable, sometimes its not. There are a few issues with the UI not loading properly aswell. What ive noticed is that the radial menu won't show the graphic but it will still have the options available to choose(they are invisible but you can hover over them and get the text). A bunch of the Gates are not loading or will take a long time to do so(including acceleration gates). Player portraits won't always load and the symbols in the overview while imi n space don't load properly. The crash seems to want to happen when everything tries to load in at one time. Another issue, im not sure if this is related, but after one of the crashes i restarted my game and my UI was reset to default, everything was moved back into its original position. The information windows reverted to their original size and for some reason it thought that this was my frist time in eve and gave me the beginners tutorial. This has all happened starting today. Any help on how to solve this issue would be much appreciated. (a few other problems include using the radial menu on my set route moving overabout an inch when i click and hold to open it and my sound effects sometimes does not load and you get this weird sound, almost as if it were skipping)
