Take a look at the "We were ganked!" error page at https://forums.eveonline.com/error.htm
The last link in the group of alternate sites, labeled and presented as the EVElopedia, actually points to http://store.eveonline.com/
In addition, at least I get a DNS error when following the Starfleetcomms in the UK link.
