Hey pilots,

So I cannot find ANY information on this other than:
"Install at ihub, improves chances of wormhole spawning in system"

What I want to know is the mechanics behind it,
Can this be turned on and off at will?
If not, can we let military drop below a specific point to reset this?

As far as I know, it doesn't even work, and neither us, nor CCP really cares.

Well it works now, we've had 3-4 wormholes in system at any given time since rubicon 1.1

You could try screaming "Quantum Flux Generator... Fluxing!" then follow it up with a "Great Scott" when something happens.

Thats just luck. The flux gens don't work or if they do work its not noticable

^ This is correct. That deployable has never worked.

The generators work fine. As far as turning them on and off goes - it's easier to just pop the wh on mass. The wh it generates are C5 or C6. It's simple to remove these wh. You just need any 2 capital ships. Warp them to the wh and jump them both in and both back out. The wh will collapse.

The wh guys just don't want you to realize how easy it is to do this.
