...we are staged in Jita with everything we need for the tournament, and when we log in, Jita is full?

Are we responsible for being somewhere else where we don't anticipate having that trouble? Will GMs help move us to our equipment? I ask only because on weekends Jita has seemed to often push the limits lately, and the popularity of being in/at a trade hub for last-minute "just in case" purchases and/or exchanges for tournament play.

...we want to look at the team bios for other teams in the tournament? Team rosters?

Are these going to be made public at any particular time? Will it be announced, or do we need to just keep checking the website?

...you want to say our names on the broadcast and prefer to pronounce them correctly?

Are there plans to query team captains for a pronunciation guide beforehand? I was wondering if the CCP tournament team had given consideration to evolving the "team profile" a bit further, just for their own needs for the broadcast. Maybe in the future a form that team captains needed to fill out that gave information the crew might find helpful for presenting the matches, but that wouldn't be made as part of a public profile?
