Hi,

Basically, every time I try and talk to a contact, nothing happens. I have 12 contacts on my contact list currently and none of them have EVER been online. I've clicked the "online only" filter and none of them have ever been online. Some of these contacts have talked to me on Skype and have even invited me to in-game chats, but it still shows them as offline.
