I find it very irregular to have dev responses to CSM campaigns. CCP staff should not have any influence at all on CSM campaigns or elections. That includes increasing a certain candidates visibility and therefore his or her chances of getting elected. It stinks of favoritism.

The dev response was to a question posed in the thread. Not to Mynnna's running for CSM.

This would suggest that Mynnna directly requested CCP Affinity to post an update here.

Use one of the other communication methods or forum threads / pages the CSM and customers have to discuss issues with CCP, there's no need to do this in the CSM election thread. This information is useful to everyone and it shouldn't be posted in a specific candidate's election thread. It's out of place here and reeks of favoritism.

Actually I thought to myself "that's a good idea", pasted it to a channel with CCP Affinity and said, "this is a great idea, this should happen asap". Fans of the English language will note that there's not even an implication of a request to post there. P Had the person who asked the question posted a link to a thread in F&I, I'd have pasted that to Affinity instead, she'd have responded there, we'd have had the same "wow I guess CSM really can get something done!" responses, and you wouldn't be here complaining.

But they didn't, so it wound up coming here. Deal with it?

A CSM member directly illustrating how useful the CSM can be in general and the specific candidate in particular has no place in that CSM member's election thread. Is that what you're saying?

With nullsec industry being custom tailored for your personal needs and agenda. I must ask?

Are you happy with these changes?

Are you happy that the entire games industrial aspect is being custom tailored for nullsec?

At this point, it's kinda given who the Devs favor. Regardless if they're just in the CSM for personal gain or not.

Giving all the power of all aspects of anything to the 1% is never a good idea!

And here I thought that Icelanders prided themselves for doing the exact opposite of what America does.

Pity it will be their downfall.

If elected are confident that you will be able to conduct yourself with respect and dignity despite being in the presence of people you dislike?
