AHH, i wasn't ware that they changed the system effect mechanic. To be honest, io'm dis-appointed. Yes, the bonus effecting POS's meant you could get ridiculous numbers on your base HP, but where i'm really disappointed is that they no longer effect sleepers.

I mean, i get it not effecting POS, but why wouldn't they allow the effects to influence sleepers?

The new player owned customs offices will potentially seriously affect profit form PI in a wh. I am pretty certain, especially early on, there will be lots of people running around killing the POCOs. If you can raise a defense fleet at the end of reinforcement, then you will be stuck doing rocket launches :).
