For tank, which is better?

I am on my way to getting the amarr gunboat assault frigate, the reribution, and i was wondering... Would the spee and small sig radius make it as good at tanking as a decently fit maller?

Yes, it will easily tank + kill a Maller... if the Maller is tackled by someone else. Lol @ one mid.

The Retribution is a bit of a km whore ship - all it can do is DPS really.
